Good ideas. Yesterday I ate chicken wings for snacks and last night I

had sausage and eggs for snack, didn't really ever eat a meal. The blood

sugar this morning was down 20 points and the weight loss down 2 pounds.

So I think you are correct.

I was trying to remember what I did last year when I lost the 40 pounds

and I can't remember. I should have written it down. But, my son said I

used to eat chicken wings at night for snacks instead of creme cheese.

So, a new week , a new beginning. We will see if this works.

Yes, this is a GREAT way to keep up with your favorite authors (most of them

are on audio now) and reward yourself for exercising (very important)!!
