Guest guest
I have a friend who is having some problems with painful, raw, whitish patches in her mouth. It is not thrush or yeast (at least the doctor says so). Her dentist thought it was an allergic reaction to a toothpaste, so she swutched brands to no avail. She is also having a problem with ridged nails, and very dry skin. She has celiac (or 'is' celiac, I don't know how one refers to the condition) so she avoids gluten and dairy. They do terrible things to her. Her results come back next week and the doctor won't even give her a clue as to what he thinks it is, but he thought it was enough of something to take a biopsy, which he did last week. The doctor says it's " nothing to lose sleep over " , but of course by him not giving her a clue about what it might be, she's losing plenty of sleep. Any thoughts? Thanks, Danae ________________________________________________________________________ Check out the new AOL.
