I think I need protein to feel half-way human, also. I can eat the

snacks, but I definitely have to have the protein first. I never get

dark green leafy stuff - I'll have to add that to my grocery list, LOL.

I just bought calcium & magnesium w/zinc supplements.

Yes we had this issue when my son was on acyclovir and Valtrex. We took two

doses a day - one in the am and then one before bed. We tried to give him

" rests " with flash cards/quiet play a few times a day to avoid the nap just

because it really disrupted our night sleep.
