Although, I think he may be conspiring to turn us into vampires: " One rich source of vitamin D from land animals that is generally overlooked is blood. " <food for our conspiracy theorists> Thanks for explaining about vitamin K1 and K2. I thought I was getting good vitamin K with spinach (mostly K1 and poorly absorbed!).
