Hi,I have tried it for about a week this month (I had to go off it since I had some minor dental surgery done and I was not sure about interactions with antibiotics). I felt better the next day (!?) and I am a bit sceptical (sp) that the ashwagandha has anything to do with that.(I had written to this group sometime back with the Free Ts slightly below midrange and feeling crappy).I will restart soon and probably get TSH/FT3/FT4 done after about a month to see if it has any effect on me. However, my dad has been on it for the last 15 years. He had Graves 15 years ago and he is in remission. He started the ashwagandha after he went off ATDs. I do not know if it helped him any but it did not seem to affect him adversly.Let me know if you get any additional information? I am interested since the only information I have is from my mom (I am not sure what her source is).hope this helps,Arthy.

That unexplained bruising may have to do with some nutritional deficiencies

that we are more apt to have with Thyroid Disease, and I am glad to see you

posting again, too, Arthy!
