Guest guest
Just roaming and came across someone who is trying to say that brain fog as happens with those with hypo is the beginnings of Alzheimers. Thought that the jump was a bit much how about you all? And marriage is the leading cause of divorce. Yep, that is a huge jump. Brain fog is a lot of things, not all dramatic. a

Guest guest
The brain fog that we have is due to insufficient levels of T3 and T2 in the brain... it throws off the chemistry.. that's why we reduce/eliminate the fog when our thyroid hormone levels come back up... mind you... I said thyroid hormone levels normalizing not TSH levels dropping... TSH has nothing at all to do with the proper levels of thyroid hormone in the body.... Alzheimer's also involves brain chemistry... but differently..... Now.. they are coming up with some folks that have been diagnosed as having Alzheimer's that really didn't.. they had long term hypo, from whatever the cause... when they were given replacement hormones to get them back up to normal levels.... NORMAL LEVELS not to be mistaken for 'in normal range' their brain function improved...
