Guest guest
Thanks for the response, Gossimer! I am just feeling pretty bad physically right now. I'm going to try to get into a routine & see if that helps. An eating routine - I'm already on a med routine. See if that helps any. Something needs to help. I can't go thru everyday feeling like this. Maybe I'll hit a vitamin store & see what thyroid helps I can get. I think I'll also call my docs office & see if I can get my blood test results. I know I'm only on a " low-normal, " but I don't have a clue what that means. But I do know if I keep feeling like this, I'm not waiting till Feb - I'll go next month. hugs, peg " Life is like a beautiful melody, only the lyrics are messed up. Where do you get it? hugs, peg " Life is like a beautiful melody, only the lyrics are messed up. Guest guest
Have B12, Folic Acid, and Ferritin checked. If that isn't it, then you're on too low a dose of thyroid, evidently. I can't remember your criteria, as I get one person mixed up with another, unless I'm staring right at their last lab values. Re: Re: diet > > Thanks for the response, Gossimer!
