I think you'll find if you snack every couple of hours (a piece of cheese or, I really like Turkey pepperoni - 70% less fat than the real stuff), you'll help your body to readjust it's internal meal clock. Think of it as digestive training. This way you may not feel so starved by your normal old dinner time. Another idea would be to eat a much smaller dinner earlier than you used to.
