Hi Lou, Most of us use an oximeter, they are such a help with

this disease. and most of us would not be without them. You can set

without your O2 as long as your saturation stays above 90. I am only

comfy above 93 or so.

Your Dr. should write a script for one. Some insurance companies will

pay for it.

I had a gas stove for cooking and had one for 20 some years. This

year my children bought an electric stove for me.

Yes, I hate cooking on it. I burned everything I cooked for two

weeks. Please don't get your hose within 5 feet of the stove.

Don't be afraid of your O2 it is now your life. I can tell by how my

legs feel when I need it. If I feel them at all

I know I need O2.. other wise I wouldn't be thinking about why my

legs feel funny. My Dr. said with this disease use whatever you need.

I don't wear mine while watching TV or reading. If I get on feet I

use it.
