Thanks Tish - That makes a lot of sense. I'm taking nutri-meds

adrenal and had thought about increasing, but was too scared to do it

without some input and reassurance!

In Jeffries book " Safe Uses of Cortisol " he really stresses that

people on adrenal support need to double their dose during sickness

or stress. They have less adrenal reserve and so need to do this.

You will recover much faster if you do this. I do. People will be

suprised. Last time a cold went around, I just had a sore throat for

about 4 days and was tired for two. In flue, the virus shuts down

the adrenals and that is why people get so sick.

Just taper off to your old dose over a few days when you think you

have recovered or don't need it anymore.
