AND that was after not having meetings for 2 weeks --- SOOOOOO I get the bonus for the weight loss after the holidays !!!! YEA for Team 2 !!! ALSO --- exercised 7 1/2 hrs --- yea for Curves and my treadmill !!! Kept food journal -- as usual !!! Contacted my team mates --- Challenged myself to 'sneak in' a couple of extra machines at Curves - - my present goal --- to continue with Curves & home exercising -- am also adding more to my home exercising too Sent in one recipe -- here's another --- don't know if I'll get 'extra credit' as my super-duper Captain asked for also !!!! Go Willie !!! You're the best !!! Grab and Go Breakfast 1/2 c canned peaches in light syrup, drained 1/2 c cottage cheese 1/2 c raisin bran Layer these in a cup -- and you can grab and go !!! 250 calories ~~~ Total fat 3 g ~~ Sat. fat 1.5 g ~~ SIX g of fiber ~~ 48 carbs Can also sub your choice of yogurt for cottage cheese and Grape Nuts for raisin bran --- maybe a different fruit also !!!
