I have had a diagnose for Diabetes II for about five years now.

I got used to it. But recently it has deteriated. One day I had

Breakfast and about Lunchtime I had an Ice Cream. At 5pm I had an

appointment with my Doctor. He asked me to have a Glucometer Check.

For the First time I had 327!!! After giving me more pills, two days

later it was 260! I have been using Gluben (Glibenciamide 5mg) twice

a day, about half a pill. This has been raised to 1.5 pills a day

Plus a New after Lunch Pill with Metformin Hydrochloride.

This means extra cost and Worry. My Feet have a little flackie and

this worries me too. Any Suggestions? Good Bye to Ice Cream!
