My experience with ST. JOHNS WORT

Just wanted to add to the discussion about St. 's Wort: In spite of an

upbeat, friendly personality, I have had mild depression most of my life

(that darn childhood!). Many years ago, I tried an actual prescription to

see what they were like, and I personally didn't like the side effects.

Then a few years ago, I tried the St. s Wort. And I did notice a

difference even with one capsule a day. So I did lots of internet research

and learned that you really have to take the 300 mg. capsule herb 2- 3 times

a day for maximum effectiveness. So now I take two in the morning, and if I

remember, the third one at lunch or later in the day! I am impressed with

the results.

So if you have tried it and didn't notice anything, try taking the three

capsules as mentioned above, and give it a few weeks. If you haven't tried

it, you might read up about it on the internet. I just like taking

something that is effective, but has very few side effects.

And if you are from Europe--lucky you. They have a one-a-day sustained

release St. s!
