Guest guest
You all won't believe this. My husband works for Cisco. About 1 month ago all the employees got an e-mail about a guy who worked there and his wife had a baby one year ago. About 4 months after she had the baby, she got very sick. Well to make a long story short, she had some kind of very wierd leukemia. One that only a handful of people have. The only hope for her to live is a bone marrow transplant, but because this is such a wierd condition, there were no matches. Well the said it would cost $200 to even have the blood sample test and the red cross would start by testing 600 people, but it Cisco didn't pay the $200, you would have to do so out of your own pocket. Well, my husband said he had to do it, even if he had to pay. He wouldn't be able to sleep at night if he didn't. I agreed. But, Cisco paid for all of the tests. God bless them. Well the Red Cross called today and my husband is a potential match. He will have a two and 1/2 hour thing on Monday where they will take a couple of gallons of plasma. I am still in shock!
