ElderFit In Home Rehab is looking for physical therapists interested in

working as independent autonomous practitioners with the geriatric

population in THE PATIENT's home environment.

Who are we: We are a physical therapy private practice, owned and operated

by physical therapists, providing direct one-on-one care to seniors in

their homes. We are NOT a home health agency and do not have to complete

an OASIS. Our patient population is generally orthopedic, neurological,

and those at high fall risk. Our practice is growing and we are looking

for therapists to work in the Durham, Chapel Hill, and Hillsborough areas.

We are looking for physical therapists who want to practice autonomously

and provide high quality care in a personal environment. We need

therapists who are willing to work as independent contractors and would

like to develop a caseload of 12-15 or more visits per week. Full time

positions can also be discussed.
