Wisdom Teeth and Cayenne Pepper

At my Wisdom Teeth consultation a few weeks back I found out from the

surgeon the best way to heal from the operation, which is for a blood

clot to form where each tooth was extracted. I had read up on Cayenne

Pepper's natural healing affects on external and internal bleeding

just before our meeting. So I could hardly wait to try it out.

I just got three wisdom teeth extracted yesturday morning. Right

when I got home from the surgeon I put a small amount (about two

pinches) of cayenne pepper on guaze and slipped it back onto the

wounds and allowed the pepper to penetrate. I felt very little

burning and just put an ice pack on the outside of my mouth to feel

more comfortable. The bleeding began to subside immediately and

within a minute or two I took out the guaze and experienced no

bleeding for the rest of the day. I did have a little bleeding last

night but I think that was because my stiches are already coming out

and I also clench my teeth when I sleep. I put another cayenne pepper

application on for less then a minute when I woke up and there has

been no more bleeding since.

Thought someone could benefit from my experiment so I thought I'd

Cayenne is fabulous stuff. Great for cuts and really good for stomach

ulcers. Just don't put it on your lips or the other sensitive parts of your

body.
