If you are in shape and can walk GO.Always have extra tanks where you can get to them.. GO.I promos you aren't going to croke cause you are out living your life. Have your oximeter with you andcary on...GO I told you before if my fat self went up Lookout Mountain on 5L and 6L I am sure youcan pretty much do what you want unless you have something going on you haven't told us about.I am on a diet just as soon as I finish this halloween candy..Love and Prayers, Peggyipf

Sometimes less when just sitting.• 2..5 liters – 3 liters when out and about doing casual thingsand on conserver/pulse• 4 liters continuous to exercise• Intend to get out of house if only for a few minutes every dayand for several hours every other day.• Intend to take trips of one to three days by car periodically.• Intend to take a few longer trips of two to three weeks

or more.

Joyce...I've been off the board most of the summer, as you know. Coming back recently I sensed a change in your posts. Now reading this one I see this past summer has created more change for you.

I want to tell you again, how much I admire you and thank you for your influence on this board!

Oh, yes, Sher....I love my kitchen.

I have been struggling with this hideous sickness and enduring some family problems since spring. I admit to being a little down. I am finding that I am a little more breakable than I thought.

Thanks Sher, I am glad you are back. I know the heartaches that you have endured so I know I can survive too. It is just so hard to keep the outer me and the inner me alive and healthy at the same time.
