Guest guest
Jane -- The Clear Lungs contains: dong quai root, poria sclerotium, ophiopogon root, stemona root, chinese asparagus root, tangerine mature peel, zhejiang fritillary bult, gardenia fruit, white mulberry root bark, platycodon root, chinese skullcap root, schisandra fruit, and chinese licorice root (and how useless is that information?). The bottle says it should be given two capsules every four to eight hours. My doctor (if there is anyone in the group in the Phoenix or sdale area who would like her contact information, please email me privately) has me taking four in the morning and four at night. She uses this at this dosage for her Dad (who is in his 90s) and who is doing very well. He was diagnosed with terminal lung disease (I forget the actual diagnosis -- you know, oxygen deprivation) six months ago. When she took him back to the doc two months ago, his lungs were just fine. I started with her regimen a couple of weeks before I started on oxygen (she was the one who steered me to my present pulmonologist), and the difference in my general well-being was incredible. So much so that I darn near killed myself during an office " crisis. " Petunia IPF 06/07 > > > > > > > > ...I too and the majority of us on the board, suffer with > > > depression/anxiety.
