Guest guest
Looks great, but why does it have to have the licorice root in it? Licorice root increases cortisol in people whose adrenals can still create more cortisol. My colon cleanser already has some in it, so I would not be able to take this product, it would be too much with both of them together. I've been having those cramps in the feet and legs at night lately, and I'm wondering why, being as I'm getting pretty good nutrition. Both my feet will draw up at the same time, as though it is actually a central circulation problem. If it was just one of them, I don't guess it would scare me as much. Guest guest
Interesting point Lot of stuff with licourice root in them. I assume when it is listed at the bottom like that it has a small amount. I remember reading something that said licorice root shouldn't be taken long term, but most things I have read are more positive. Can you tell me more about your view as I do not wish to take more than is good for me. What colon cleanser are you using if you don't mind me asking. I am thinking of ordering an oxygen based one to see what happens. I am kind of an over acheiver in the pooping department but am 54 so who knows what could be lining my intestinal walls. I have been doing the gall bladder/liver flushing thing because my Cholestrol is some ridiculous number like 420/250 so I really need those electrolytes. Alacer Emer'gen-C is another really good product without the licorice but is quite expensive in Canada. Much cheaper in the US which is odd as it is manufactured in Canada. Hope you are doing well and enjoying the weekend. Regards Helen ---------------------------------------- Looks great, but why does it have to have the licorice root in it? Guest guest
I am taking the AIM Fiberblend, but I'm not doing regular enemas with any of the things mentioned by others. It is not any kind of an organized thing, as I just take 2 tsps in a glass of drinking water twice a day, at this time. The label says three times a day, but it seems to be a bit too much to me, at this point. I may increase to the three times in a couple of weeks, but I will stay on it only for the 3 months, then I will ease off to 3 times or so a week, the way I did the last time I took this. You can look it up on the web for the ingredients, there's a list of herbs in there as long as your arm. I'm really not all that sure that they are all agreeable to the thyroid hormones. I just know that I feel better after taking the stuff for the last many wks.
