Guest guest
Wow, this is a hard one. But, I might guess that you might need a bit more adrenal support. Kind of sounds like thyroid is building up in the blood because adrenal is not high enough to get it into tissues. So, you are getting muscle tremmers and hyper symptoms. When you say you have a hard time getting going in the morning it really sounds like adrenals are still not up to snuff. Have you had a lot of stress lately or been sick? This might make you need a little extra adrenal for a while. Tish
Guest guest
Hmmm... but if the T4 isn't getting into the tissues conversion isn't taking place... hyper symptoms are a result of too much active hormone (T3) in the system.. not T4... correct? I agree with the adrenal... slow mornings... and such.... I wonder, though... could the tremors be a result of late adrenal release? that the body is reacting to a poorly timed release??? *scratching head* So many factors and variables to consider..... Could the quivering be exacerbated by a reaction to caffeine?I used to be able to drink 1-2 cups of espresso every day without a problem. Now 1 espresso makes me jittery, anxious, generally feeling awful. I'm now off caffeine entirely, except for very small pieces of dark chocolate (like 5-10 grams at a time).blithe
