Guest guest Posted December 12, 2004 Report Share Posted December 12, 2004 While we are waiting for the stragglers of the group to report in here is your challenge for week #2: This week's challenge will help us to "gear up" for the coming holidays and all those parties! This week we have an EXERCISE CHALLENGE!! (yes mary...this means you too ROFL) You know the old saying "no pain, no gain" well....in our case...it's "no pain....no loss" - sooooo..... Your challenge is to push yourself just a little bit farther this week. Go just an extra 1/2 mile on your walk, if you usually workout 3 days a week - go for 4 days, if you usually exercise 30 minutes...go for 45 minutes, weight lifting? try for a few extra reps.....the idea is to push yourself just a tad farther than you normally go! Build up your endurance, work off a few extra calories, build a few more muscles (cuz we know the more muscle, the more fat burned!) TEAMS....keep on top of your team members!! Your job is to keep them motivated, encouraged and moving! YOU CAN DO IT RECRUITS!! I'll be looking forward to hearing all your success stories!!
