They do smell bad, no doubt but your pharmacist is wrong, you can take them sublingually and you will get much more consistent dosing doing it that way.

But, you have to do it the way that works for you. Whether you swallow them or take them under your tongue, you need to be consistent and do it the same way every time. That way your body will be getting the same amount everyday and you adjust what you take to meet the needs of your body. If you have been swallowing it and switch you sublingual you will find that you need to take less to get the same affect, and if you take it sublingually and start swallowing you will find that you need more.

I'm pulling together pics and descriptions of all the tabs to post a little later and will probably set up a spot on the web site for quick reference.

I'll start taking it tomorrow. Pharmacist looked at the pills and said I definitely cannot take it sublingually?? They are little white "powdery" looking pills, not coated or anything...They look almost exactly like the adrenal stuff...slightly smaller, slightly darker, with a stamp on one side [A TJ]-phlegolonone [sp?] adrenals have no stamp.

The Dr has me on 45 mg a day for 14 days, then 90 mg. Sound right? Just taught myself to use hubby's pill splitter. The paperwork says over and over, "do NOT use for weight loss"; is this a common use? Or side effect?

Boys say they smell like manure...I think I agree...don't think I could take them sublingually...

Why did the Pharmacist say that you can't take it sublingually?
