I think my generic armour from myrxforless is waiting for me at the post office. I got a notice that I have registered mail from Mexico. I can pick it up tomorrow after 11:00 AM. Can I take my first dose then? I think I'm going to start at 1/2 grain as someone suggested.

Sure! Some people have problems if they take it close to bedtime, others say it helps them sleep. So go ahead!

Keep careful notes of you temps, pulse and how you feel. You could

be recording these for several months until you find the right dose.

Try to take as soon as you wake up or take an hour before you get

up. I put mine next to my bed with a bottle of water. Also don't

make any drastic changes.

Example- I was taking 1/2 gain and bedtime and 1 1/2 grains at wake.

One day I switched the doses to 1 1/2 at betime and 1/2 at wake.

That was a big mistake. I never could get back to the way I had felt

before the switch. Wait at least 3 weeks between dose/time changes.

I learned early on to divide the dose. I recommend doing that when

you pass 1 grain as you might not get much benefit from dividing

before that.

I take 1 1/2 at betime and 1 grain at wake.

First.. if you're on synthetic don't take it in the morning.

If you're not used to direct T3.. you may not want to be out and about the first time. Most folks do just fine... some folks get jittery.... if you're already home and you do get a bit jittery the first time you won't be crashing into a tree! hehehehehe
