Guest guest
> It is " Walk > Away the Pounds " by Sansone, and it is a great 30 minute/two > mile walk that you do right in your living room! Do you march in place? Walk around the room? > so this is really going to work out good, I think. I don't even have > to get dressed or do makeup! LOL Now *there's* an idea I can wrap my little brain around! I did my time on the dreadmill a little after 7AM. Can we call this thing what it really is? It's a " devil machine " . Ok? Everybody got that? A " devil machine " ! Not a treadmill, not a dreadmill, not a clothes hanger, not a floor level bookshelf, but a " devil machine " . Ok. I got that out of my system. Now I can go on to other things. LOL > Hope everybody has a great week - - and I wish EVERYBODY a good loss > this week. Thanks, Clara. Good luck to you also. I am anxious to see what the scale says this week too. I should have another loss. I've been careful about what I eat and have been doing my exercises and stretches. I am still using my pedometer, working my way towards the 10,000 steps a day to optimum health goal. I'm not there yet, but I am determined to get there someday. Guest guest
Kathleen, you do some walking in place, some side steps, some back & forth steps & some arm exercises and breathing exercises. It is supposed to exercise all the different muscles in the body - - I bet you could rent one to see if you liked it, but I only paid $7.49 for the one I bought - - so I think it will be well worth that small investment. Guest guest
You guys are funny with your " dreadmill " and " devil machine. " I love reading those e-mails! I, on the other hand, love the treadmill and since I'm in front of the TV my 30 minutes flies by. I think I might up it to 45 minutes tonight. I just wish I had one at my home to use whenever I wish. But, alas, they are too expensive for my taste. Maybe at the end of this year. Of course I have barely enough room as it is in my apartment. If I bought a treadmill I'd have to give up something like my couch, or dining room table, or bed! LOL! I walked 15 minutes yesterday on my break but only took one break yesterday so I didn't get the other walk in. I didn't do the stairs because I was scared it will make my legs too sore again. I will try and do it once today and 2 breaks. I did go to the gym last night for a little over an hour. I'm going to try and up it tonight because I want to do the treadmill for longer than 30 minutes. I will just turn the TV to MTV and watch the Real World and Newlyweds. That'll be my 45 minutes! :0) It really goes by quickly when you can watch TV while you are walking and watch what you want as long as you want it! I'm really beginning to love exercise. I wish you all could feel this way. I know some hate it. Not only do I want to lose this weight (33 lbs.) but I want to start toning up some of this hanging skin. I weighed this morning and it's a turtle from Thursday. Little dissapointed in that (should be a loss already!) but not worried about it. I will have a loss by Thursday and I'm going to gain MUSCLE MUSCLE MUSCLE! Have a great week guys! GEORGE
