Guest guest
First I will apologize for the rantings I am about to do! Today I am going to a funeral. A friend died of colon cancer. You probably say so; she was at the emergency room of No. Fla. Regional Med. Center last September and had an x-ray of her hips. Said she had broken her tail bone. She was in the hospital for severe anemina for which they could find no cause in December. They were told she had bood in stools. May was put in the hospital and this time found the colon cancer and it had spred all thru her body, especially her spine. In the last year I have lost three friends to cancer - all three had the same thing in common; they were poor and had no insurance. Is there something wrong with this. I have two insurances and they can't seem to do enough - I imagine if I wanted marijuana, I could get it. But with the new Medicade program in Florida, a lot of people are left out. And I guess I feel guilty - after four years I am still alive and healthy - makes me want to scream. Sorry Lindsey Hager - in not so good Florida
