I was always going by the name sildenafil - but it looks like Ravatio is also another name for sildenafil. I didn't realize that the studies were limited to folks with COPD. I thought they had, by chance, figured out that this drug could help pulmonary fibrosis patients because it helps open up the blood vessels in the lungs. But from what I'm reading, they are only using it to help folks with hypertension. Jane, I wonder if you have some hypertension??
