Guest guest Posted October 11, 2004 Report Share Posted October 11, 2004 This is what I have been saying for years now. I was so excited that the study results confirmed my beliefs last year. I think my IBC may have been a result of years of birth control pills. I refused to take the HRT even though my ob/gyn thought it was safe to use a little "progesterone" after my dx. My oncologist disagreed with him about the safety. The hormones in these drugs (including birthcontrol pills) are made from the urine of pregnant mares.
