Jackie & Aggie: Jumped on the computer to do some quick surveillance and noticed increased opposition force email traffic. Seems they're planning to attempt to take over our lead position. I could sit here and try to hold off the enemy, but I don't think I can battle best with my butt in the computer chair.... I'm headed out for a power walk in an attempt to gain strength, burn fat, and hold our position!!! I've been battling acid indigestion all morning, due to too much salsa on my egg beater omelette (Jackie knows that I like a little bit of egg with my picante sauce! LOL) I've been using the indigestion as an excuse to put off my workout.... but my son just turned the air conditioner on in the house (he's cleaning/organizing his room and said that it's stuffy in here). So, now I'm battling a burning esophagus on the inside AND cold appendages on the outside! I'm headed outside where I know that it's warmer! Will report in later. over and out...
