Certificate Programme in Leadership and Managerial Proficiency (LAMP) for PLHIV

Dear Partners,

We are pleased to announce the six week Certificate Programme on

‘Leadership and Managerial Proficiency (LAMP)’ for people living with HIV

(PLHIV) to be conducted by the Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar

in collaboration with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). The

programme is aimed at capacity building of the PLHIV organizations,

preparing individuals to take up leadership positions in their networks

and communities and generally enhance their quality of life.

This programme is free for all prospective participants, subject to meeting the

eligibility criteria and clearing the selection process.

It is planned to have one group comprising of national and state level

participants and three groups of state and district level participants. All

groups would not exceed 25 participants.

Those interested in attending this programme, may fill out the application

form and submit it to the authorities mentioned in the brochure positively,

within the stipulated due date. Potential and prospective participants for

the programme, after scrutiny of their applications shall be called for

interviews to XIM Bhubaneswar to assess suitability of the participant for the

programme.

The interviewees shall have to attend the interview at their own cost. After

the interviews, a final list of all successful applicants shall be drawn up and

successful applicants shall be individually communicated to attend the

programme.
