Guest guest Posted January 15, 2005 Report Share Posted January 15, 2005 Reporting in for week 6 ---- had a loss --- even though it was a small one --- 1/4 lb --- WILL do better next week ---- added bonus, right ??? Sending in my rool call before Sat. !!! Exercised 8 hours !!!! Contacted my team mates !!!! Kept my food journal ~~ something my chapter does on a regular basis too !!! Have still been personally challenging myself ~~~~ a bit disappointed that I didn't have a bigger loss since I've been going to Curves ~~~ BUT I realize that the muscle is replacing the fat ~~~ slowly but surely !!! I DRANK MY WATER !!!! Always do this ~~~ I'm like some of the other recruits ~~ sometimes I wonder if I drink TOO much !!! AAAAAAAND ~~~ I sent in several websites ~~~~ hope they were beneficial to some of the recruits !!! Congrats to my fearless Captain Willie !!!! Hope our fellow BCBBer, Toni, is doing well too !!!!!
