Guest guest
Most of you have joined since I had my surgery on October 4th so I don't recognize your names. If you click on " Photos " you can view some of the fibroid pictures from my surgery. I am 31 and my husband and I have been trying to conceive since eight weeks post myo with my REs approval. Well, guess what? I am pregnant!!! Just found out... I can't believe how terrified I was going into surgery six months ago fearing that I might lose my uterus or never be able to conceive. I am on cloud nine! This was our 5th cycle of trying. I just wanted to let you know not to lose hope for those who still want to have children. My myo was extensive -- the largest fibroid was 18cm and my uterus was the size of a 20-week pregancy. Try to stay positive and take one day at a time. And most importantly - try not to be too hard on your body! I remember being so mad at my body for betraying me. Hopefully no more of those suckers will pop up -- or at least they better wait until we have completed our family! Best wishes,
