Deb, Here are some sources: 1. go to APTA website - they have salary surveys by setting (clinic), yrs. of experience, geography 2. go to AdvanceforPT.com - they have salary surveys by setting/exp.geography 3. go to Salary.com - they can use geography and yrs of experience Between the 3, you should get a good idea of ballpark figures.
