Recommendation needed

I am curious if others know of websites that TRULY have great deals on

vitamins/minerals like ALA, Chromium, Q10, etc. But NOT like the Puritan's

Pride website that has monstrously high prices and hides that fact by

offering Buy One Get One (or Two) Free scheme. I discovered that even with

that scheme, I can get the same vitamins/minerals cheaper at Wal Mart!!!

Recommendations appreciated!!

Hmmm, interesting, Janie. www.iherb.com has some good information, and

there's a link on it that Rick posted not long ago with more good info on

vites, mins and herbs. iherb does have the best price on 300 mg timed

release ALA by Jarrow, which is what's recommended by the experts on the

technical list. Here are the links from my files. I don't seem to be able
