I had my first urinary tract infection at about 8 or 9, and had them regularly until a few years ago. I learnt the hard and painful way that if I ignored it it would go away, but only to be replaced with a kidney infection. This is not something I would care to repeat. Madeleine has had a few UTIs as well but not Katrina. Mum gets them as well, we always thought that it was just a family failing.
