Guest guest
The B200 was made by a former company known as Isotechnologies (N.C.) There was a maintenance contract support available to an old unit we had in my past, but I do not remember their name. Guest guest
Hi Pat, The B200 measured trunk strength either isometrically or with an isokinetic mode. In some places such as NC it was touted as something that should have a separate CPT code, but the industrial commission put it under 97750. Few places use them at this time, so one question I might have is " what is the goal " of the request- trunk strength assessment or FCE type use? The answer to the question may help you know where to go from here Dee Daley, PT Southern Pines, NC > > This is Not an area I have much familiarity in. > I have been asked about " B200 " equipment. > > It is my understanding that the " b200 " is no longer manufactured. > > If this is true what equipment is used for a " B200 " test and where can > I get information? > > If the B200 is still made where can I get information? > Who sells them? > > My internet search has not been successful. > > Pat >
Guest guest
I have used a B200, it is no longer made. It was popular during the mid 80's made by universal gym. Had great application for lumbar exercise, but lacked some sophistication for testing. I have one in storage.I was the first in Ky to own one. Some are currently in use in the Nashville area. Curious , who is asking Ron Barbato P.T. Corporate Director , Rehabilitation Ephraim McDowell Health Voice (859 )239-1515 Fax (859 )936-7249 rbarbato@... " Workman Comp and " B200 " Assessments This is Not an area I have much familiarity in. I have been asked about " B200 " equipment. It is my understanding that the " b200 " is no longer manufactured. If this is true what equipment is used for a " B200 " test and where can I get information? If the B200 is still made where can I get information? Who sells them? Guest Silk
Hi, I have an Isostation B200 and use it for resistance exercise for my patients with thoracic or lumbar issues of various sorts. In fact I participated in the creation of the OOC software for testing. My computer and the software have not been working and I am looking into getting it upgraded. I use the machine without recording anything, and the resistances are manually set. If anyone can help with the computer end please let me know. Thanks,Alan Silk,PT 401-274-4325
