I know that in order to bill an actual waveform printout of the test result must be available in the chart. 1. Are you using the physical performance test code for charging? 2. Is your reimbursement for this test consistent? 3. How much are you being reimbursed? Any additional info that you have to offer would be helpful. Thanks.
