Guest guest
, Go here: http://www.thyroid-info.com/topdrs/washington.htm There are several docs listed for Spokane. You have to be careful, b/c I have heard of some of these not panning out. There may be some self promotion going on here. If you do find a good one, let me know as I am keeping a list of docs whom people on the thyroid sites I participate in have seen and have a good report. They must be open to prescribing Armour, test your free T3/T4, and listen to your symptoms, not just labs. I know none of the local docs here really know totally what they're doing when it comes to thyroid and adrenals. Not even the 2 endos. I could go to a larger area, like Spokane where there are TONS of endos. But, I tried that once, picking randomly and got one even worse than I have here. Are there some referal sources for finding a good thryoid doc who uses Armour, and assesses thyroid correctly? Not only for me, but my 11 yo son who I know needs to be treated. Guest guest
Thanks! One Spokane doc is one I saw who wouldn't explain my conflicting labs, and was hesitant to even add cytomel, then did so for a brief time and VERY small dose. But, 2 others sound VERY good. I think I may make appt with them, especially with my son. RE: finding a good doc , Go here: http://www.thyroid-info.com/topdrs/washington.htm There are several docs listed for Spokane.
