In 2002, I found myself a couple of orders of Nachos Bellgrande away from 300 lbs.... I was able to lose about 10 lbs on my own before joining TOPS. I LOVE TOPS and everything that it represents.... support, accountability, encouragement, which is pretty much what you'll get on this list as well! Many of us post our 'roll call' for the week, but it is not required by any means, so please don't ever let that scare you away. Just feel free to join in and respond to posts whenever you want.
