Looking for benchmarking data on missed visits

(cancels, refusals, patient unavailable, etc) for an

acute hospital (not acute rehab) physical therapy

department. Our hospital is asking us if we can

achieve a cancellation rate of 1%. Any thoughts,

suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
