I'm really terrified at the thought my my RD progressing past the darned annoying stage it's at now. I certainly find it troublesome & it's NOTHING near what you have to go through. A few minutes pass and the nurse comes and tells me you're > transferred over to the Major Care Area.... > > By this this time, I'm freaking over because, if you get transferred to Major it means something serious is going on!?I'm? > moved to the other area! So I?ask?my nurse, why? and she replies " the dr doesn't want to touch your leg, afraid of?doing > further damage. Now freaking over has kicked in even further..... > > Anyways, I see a the second ER Dr.....sends me over for X-Rays and Blood?Tests and Blood Cultures in case I have an? > infection in my blood. Gives me Toradol 30mg by injection for the pain....not 5 minutes pass and the drug is starting to work. > > This is what happenned....The?joints in my knees, got very swollen like a pumpking and it kind of got paralyzed. The?Raynaud's > Disease didn't help the situation because it caught off circulation until the knee and then circulation was caught off from below > the knee to the toes. > > What the medication did was, relieve the swelling from the knee and then slowly the circulation started coming back, I felt this > warmth, hot feeling and tingling sensations.
