Lack of appetite

Hi all,

Things continue to go fairly well with my bs readings, my new eating

plan and my weight loss. However I have developed a lack of appetite,

especially in the morning. As well, my fasting numbers are still

high. I have trouble eating anything before 9 am. Does it make a big

difference that I eat so late? As it goes I eat at 9:30 breakfast,

12:30 Lunch, 4:30 supper and 8:30 snack (all protein). As for those

fasting numbers 6.4-8.0 (115-144, usually on the higher side) I have

tried no snack, I have tried a later snack, I have tried an earlier

snack, any other suggestions?
