She is the director for a really great program here in Columbus called CPD - Comprehensive Program for the Deaf. Anyway, before I left she gave me some pamphlets about some of the services they provide. They have recently started a deaf-blind outreach program. The counselors go right to the homes of the deaf-blind people to provide vocational rehab. I keep thinking this would have been great for Jordan! I am sending along some partial scans of the pamphlets she gave me. If you are from another state and would like try something like this go to your state Vocational Rehabilitation Office and ask if they have any programs like this. I guess thats it.
