Guest guest
Melody, No weigh in, no exercise, I did keep a food journal. Here is the answers to the other stuff you wanted. 1st think of where you want to be in the year 2005? Weight wise I would love to be able to walk without being so out of breath it hurts. TOPS do you want to reach your goal? do you want to lose X amount of pounds, do you just want to have a net loss for the year? reaching my goal is not realistic for 1 year, I don't care how much I lose I just want to have a loss at the end of the year. 2nd: WHY do you want these specific goals? What is your motivation? I want to lose weight so I will be able to fly without having to ask for a seat belt extension. I go to IRD as well as the Picnic every year and I hate having to ask for one. 3rd: How will you get to your goals? what steps will you take? I guess joining curves will be a start. 4th: Set your long term goal (whatever it may be) - then set short term goals.. Long term....lose a hundred pounds short term...try to lose something weekly Last but not least - share your goals I just did Mission
