Yes, that is true, but I don't believe we can really trust it to give

anywhere near a full picture of what's going on for most people. Mine is

a.005, yet my thyroid hormones were just then up into a decent range. I

just shudder to think of what they were when all these doctors were keeping

my TSH at a 5.5 all the time, for yrs, before I gave myself better

treatment.
