Guest guest
Thanks Rick. I guess Starlix is not really much different than Amaryl, which I don't have any problems with. OK Rick, don't laugh! I bought the Ab energizer machine from Target 2 days ago. You know the one on TV where you put the belt around you waist and it sends impulses to the muscles. Well in the book it says to be very careful if you are a diabetic. That by working the muscles, you may need to lower your insulin dosage. I have used it two nights and my stomach is sore. I am going to test it on my entire body and see if it brings my blood sugar down. If this works, I can sit and watch TV while this thing moves my muscles and hopefully it would bring the sugars down like going to the gym. I ususally get at least 50 points down fromt the gym. I am certainly not giving up the gym. This was mainly for the stomach, which I have never been able to budge it with any kind of weight loss or exercise. I do have a fairly bad back and with sit-ups it always hurts the back more than the stomac. Also, I can't go to the gym at 10:00 at night or go walk in the winter. I am usually tired at night. So, the plan is to put the on various muscles, now the legs and stomach. I will measure the blood before and after and will report to you. I hope this works. If it does it will be a miracle! I tease her that she'll buy anything that is advertised on an infomercial! She expressed a lot of interest in these types of products. I'd be interested to know how it works for you. > > I hope this works. If it does it will be a miracle! > We could al use one of those! I hope it is a miracle for you! Guest guest
I will keep you posted on the ab machine. I am ashamed to say I can relate to your wife. I have bought so much exercise equipment and then we put it all in our storage area. My husband said the next time you order something, just have it delivered to the storage area, so I don't have to move it. (LOL) One thing I have discovered that all of the exercise equipment works if you use it! I think that is the trick (still LOL) Phyllis
