YEAAAAAAAAAA!! KATHLEEN!!! WAY TO GO, GIRL!!

A 19.75# loss is great!! I think 20# is two dress sizes - - - so you should be wearing smaller clothes!! And believe me, buying smaller clothes is a REAL TREAT!!!

Keep doing what you're doing!! And I bet you can reach your goal before the next year is out!! How exciting it would be to see a bunch of the people here on the loop reach goal and graduate!!

Way to Go!!!!!That is a wonderful accomplishment.......

Two Inches

We have been talking so much about reaching our year's end goals that I decided to share some of my own good news.I measured myself today and (drum roll please) I am now 2 inches smaller in the hips than when I started the year 2004!!!!!!!!! Unofficially (weighed here at home) I have lost 19.75 pounds for the year. Not spectacular, but it's a good start!!!!!!!!!!! Unofficially, I have a loss after the Christmas week. :)Can you tell I'm just a littllllllllllllle bit happy? LOLThank you so much for the extra kick I needed right now, Melody.Lt. Congrats, Kathleen, on the great end-of-year stats. Just keep doing what you're doing - it's working. Good luck this week.

Hugs,

Deanna

It's pronounced Dee-anna. But, I'm accustomed to answering to everything from Donna to Dinah.

Re: Two Inches

Thanks Deanna! I am beginning to get stoked about this weight loss. Do kids still say "stoked"?How do you pronounce your name? Is it "Dee-an-nuh"? Or "Deen-uh"? I've heard it both ways and both ways are pretty.Kathleen> Congrats, Kathleen, on the great end-of-year stats. Just keep doing> what you're doing - it's working.
