Good morning everyone,

Clara I have already drink 64 ounces of water this morning and that's not counting a pot of coffee. Sometimes I feel like I drink to much water.

Had to run my sister into San to the bank, come all the way home and pick up her hubby and drive right back to the bank again and then she was ready to go shopping!!

Does shopping count as exercise. She walks me to death when she is in a mood to shop.

Oh well, in case it don't I had better get to exercising before melody figures out I haven't done it yet....lol

Don't we all just love our Commander to death?

I think shopping would count as exercise if you walk a lot but I don't know if it counts in the contest you guys are having. I probably walked 5 miles this week at work as well. Our computers went down Friday and didn't come up until Monday at 9 p.m. It's been going up and down since then. I have NOT enjoyed work this week. We went to the hospital two days to work the paperwork that is there. Why they won't send it to our office who knows but I spent a lot of time walking to and from my office to the front of the hospital. It felt good to walk though. I enjoyed it and wanted more. I'm sure that helped with my 1 lb. loss. Was hoping for more but I will take it for sure!
