I couldn't have been more shocked was expecting a 5 or 10 pound gain. Finished house cleaning, but have been cooking my head off. My brother came down for Christmas. Haven't seen him since last Christmas. It was a nice visit but too many nights of staying up late. Had to take my mom to the Doctor 2 times and that is a major production, she is mostly house bound and only gets out to the doctor. I guess I'm saying I had light exercise taking care of everything that needs doing. Kept a sort of food journal when I had time to stop and look for the thing. You know how it is when you clean) Drank my water. I guess what I did for myself was buy 2 books and read them, I love to read.
