Guest guest Posted August 16, 2004 Report Share Posted August 16, 2004 dumb move I did a realy stupid thing today. I noticed that our tv stand was broken, so I went and bought a new one. I got it put togeher and all the componets hooked up. I waited till Ken got home to move the TV as it is a 30 in, and way to heavy for me. Well I bought a tv stand that was for a 27 in tv, so it wouldnt work. Ken put it temporarily on a stand for me. I was on the floor on my knees hooking up all the componets again... when the stand tipped forward and the tv fell over the top of me and landed on my fingers. Boy did that hurt. I feels like my fingers are broken but I think they are just smashed. I dont know yet if the tv is broke or not. I sure hope not. I got a build up of blood under that nail had to drill a hole in it to relieve the pressure. It was just throbbing so bad I couldn't stand it. My bother-inlaw drilled a hole in it with a little screw driver and let the blood out. It was instant relieve. I lost the nail. But it grew back.
