I have a question...was this drug just found to not be effective for Nf2

meningiomas or just not effective for all meningiomas?

Because it would not make any sense at all for it to simply not be

effective for only Nf2 meningiomas.....there is no

histolological/pathological difference.

Which makes me wonder was it actually trialled with Nf2 patients?

I haven't come across any trials for Nf2 patients with this drug...

can anybody shed any light?

rosemary.

hi crew -

well this is interesting -- several years ago i applied to be part of the RU

486 study.

but they said my meningioma tumors were not growing fast enough. too hard to

measure.

so i said a thank you prayer and did not participate in their study. :)

but i do believe there is a difference in our tumors. i know our bilateral

AN tumors are different from other AN tumors.
